About this site
This site describes the website design and development work I do for independent shops. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a fixed price.
Quotes and projects
Every project gets its own written scope and quote covering what you get, the fee, the payment schedule, revisions, timings and any ongoing support. Work starts once we have both agreed that in writing.
Your content
When you send me logos, text, photographs or customer material, you confirm you have the right to use them. I may decline anything unlawful or infringing.
Who owns the finished work
Ownership and licence rights for a completed project are set out in that project's agreement. Third-party fonts, plugins, stock images and platform services stay under their own licences.

The shop designs on this site are illustrative concepts unless they are clearly labelled as client work. Please do not reproduce content from this site without asking.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Anything specific to a project is covered in that project's agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
